XXX Latin American Congress on Hydraulics

The International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR), together with the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), are pleased to invite you to participate in the XXX Latin American Congress of Hydraulics, which will take place in Iguassu Falls, Brazil, November 7th to 11th, 2022.

The Latin American Regional Division of the International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (LAD-IAHR) has held the Latin American Hydraulics Congress without interruption for more than 54 years, being the international conference with the longest trajectory and tradition in the subject.

The Conference returns to Brazil, after having been organized in the country for the last time in 2004, in the city of São Pedro/SP 

The theme of the Conference includes the four axes of the National Water Policy, to provide an effective response to access to drinking water and sanitation, water for production, adaptation to climate extremes and the development of multipurpose uses generating clean and renewable energy.

We invite researchers, engineers, consultants, committee members and other experts related to hydraulics to exchange knowledge and present their studies and experiences in order to promote the development of creative and methodical ways for the rational use of a vital resource such as water.
