Registration

IMPORTANT: Read the instructions carefully before registering.

- Categories that need proof: Must send updated proof, with identification of the institution, student and current period (non-evidence will imply payment of the difference for the correct category).

The following proof of category will be accepted:

• Student card (front and back), showing the validity of the document.

• Updated statement or attendance signed and stamped by the educational or labor institution.

• Curriculum for enrollment in the current semester.

• Proof of payment of the annuity with one of the associations: IAHR / ABES / ABRH.

- Check your data carefully, as these will be the official data for your correspondence, receipt and certificate making. After checking the data, complete your registration.

- Choose from one of the payment options available on the subscription platform. The amount to be paid must be considered according to the amount defined in the table on the payment date and not on the registration date.

- Registration will be confirmed within 5 days after payment. If you do not receive confirmation within this period, check if the message is not in your SPAM box.

* Be up to date with one of the associations: IAHR / ABES / ABRH, at the time of registration.

***Registration in the ONLINE CATEGORY gives you the right to present your papers online, Certificate of Participation, Certificate of Presentation, inclusion of papers in the Proceedings and access it.

Included in the Application: 

- Your in-person registration includes support material (folder, pad, pen), certificate of participation, 1 badge for circulation at the event and access to digital proceedings. 

Certificates:

All participants will receive a certificate of participation in the Congress. They will be available on the event website 15 days after the end of the event.

Comments:

- In case of loss of badge, the amount of R$ 50.00 will be charged for issuing a second copy; 

- Each registered participant can be the responsible author of up to 2 accepted works.

- Registration may be closed as soon as the maximum number of participants is reached and without prior notice.

- At the venue, the registration fee will be US$ 400.00.

Cancellation / Reimbursement: 

Reimbursement requests must be sent to the email: iahr@officeeventos.com.br and will be made from 15 days after the event. 

• Requests sent by February 10, 2022 will have a 70% refund 

• Requests sent by May 10, 2022 will be refunded 50% of the amount 

• Requests sent by September 10, 2022 will have a 30% refund 

• After this date there will be no refund, only participant replacement.
