DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING ABSTRACTS: November 2021 to April 30, 2022

ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM:

• Fill out correctly the form on the website with all the requested data, as these will be the official data for the certificate and correspondence from the Executive Secretariat;

• The order of inclusion of authors in the register will be the same order for publication and certificate;

• The submission of up to 2 works per registration will be allowed;

• Each work can have a maximum of 10 authors.

ABSTRACT: Only files in PDF format will be accepted

Use the Template file that has the characteristics below:

• The abstract must have the same title as the full article and will be adapted to the following format:

• Sheet size: A4 (21 cm x 29.7 cm).

• Margins: 20 mm top, bottom, left and right.

• Text format: 2 (two) columns, with 6 mm separation between them.

• Maximum length: 2 (two) pages.

• Do not number pages.

• Types and font size: The title of the work, which must be representative of the content of the contribution, will have a maximum of 100 characters. The title style will be Arial 14p font, with the attributes bold (bold) and Small Caps ( Small Caps or Small Caps). The full name of the authors (Times New Roman 12 pt.), and their affiliation, address, telephone numbers and e-mail (Times New Roman 8 pt.) For the titles of the sections, Arial 10 pt will be used, while for the body of the text will be used in Times New Roman 9 pt.

SUBMISSION METHOD:

• Abstracts must be sent only through the congress website, in the specific area dedicated to the submission of papers. Everything is done through the online system, in a simple, fast and secure way.

• Abstracts sent by email or any other means of communication will not be accepted.

• When submitting the work, the author must classify their work according to the Theme and Subtheme:

EVALUATION: 

• The Organizing Committee, through its Scientific Committee, will accept for review scientific works with advances in the state of knowledge and articles on technological development with innovations and works of practical interest with specific applications in the themes of the Congress. 

• In this first step, only Abstracts will be evaluated, which may be: Approved | Approved subject to correction | Disapproved. 

• After the approval of the abstracts, the authors will have a period of 20 days to pay the registration, which is a basic requirement for submission of the full paper. 

• Papers can be presented in oral or poster format, according to the classification.  

IMPORTANT DATES: 

04/30/2022 - Deadline for sending abstracts through the website; 

05/30/2022 - Results of the approved abstracts will be published on the website; 

06/10/2022 - Deadline for payment of the registration of the author responsible for the paper submission; 

06/30/2022 - Deadline for submission of the Full Paper; 

07/30/2022 - As of this date, the form of presentation of the works (oral or poster) will be published on the website.
